CHILD & SENIOR FARES - Child fares will be charged for passengers 16 and under on the date for travel (except where stated) and when accompanied by a full fare paying passenger. For retired persons, subject to proof of pension able status, discounted fares are available as indicated. Infants ( 3 and under) travel free of charge ( attraction admission charges may apply ) if not occupying a seat. Group discounts are available or parties of 10 or more - please enquire for details.
CANCELATION BY BURTONS - All excursions operate subject to demand and are normally subject to a minimum of 20 passengers. Excursions will not normally be cancelled less than 36 hours before departure.
CANCELATION BY CUSTOMER - Up to 36 hours before departure - 20% of total fare Less the 36 hours before departure - 50% of total fare At or after time of departure no refund. * ( or value of any prepaid ticket/entrance fees, whichever is greater)
